If I lose a dramatic amount of weight, will I have sagging skin?
I’m 18 and I’m about 50 pounds overweight. If I lose all of that weight naturally with exercise and better diet, will I have a lot of extra skin, or will it just fit to my new body?

I lost 30 pounds by dieting and exercise but now i’m stuck with a little bit of sagging skin around my stomach and thighs. Please tell me i won’t be needing surgery.
I’m trying to lose weight, and I’m worried I’ll have loose, sagging skin left over (as can be seen in a lot of other obese people on TV who lose weight). My BMI is high (I’m classified as obese), so I’m looking forward to losing weight through diet and exercise, and I’d like to save enough money to get plastic surgery, in case there is no other treatment for sagging skin.
