I am 32 and starting to have fine lines around my eyes. Can someone please tell what is the best anti aging cream or serum?

My friend plays alot of sports and gets back acne. she did alot of research and found out if your go to a tanning booth or w/e its called along with getting tan your also getting rid of acne. she says it works and that it doesnt hurt you if you only go like 1-2 a month. plus she goes to this one place where they coat you with a special anti-aging cream so you don’t get cancer. do you believe this?

I would really like to know that because Christmas is coming up and I know that my mom would really like an anti-aging cream, she has used a lot over the counter products but can’t seem to find one that truly works. Please suggest from previous experience!

I have read good reviews about it – however, I want to make sure its the best anti-aging cream before spending dollars on it.
