sagging skin, What can i do to get rid of it?
iv been losing wait and im developing a lot of sagging skin mostly under my arms and on my legs is there a workout i can do.

I have some sagging skin as well since I’ve been losing weight and am currently on a weight loss diet. I do weights 3 times per week and walk a couple of times per week. Additionally, I accidentally found something that really has been working for me on "my" sagging skin. Dry Brushing and Knuckle Massage. Carol Maggio’s No Lipo Lipo DVD has really given me some very good results. Both the Dry Brushing technique and the Knuckle Massage are included in the instructions on the DVD. I’ve been doing the no lipo lipo now for about 3 weeks and am seeing some really excellent results. With my weight loss I noticed some dimpling under my arms and inside of my thighs and wanted to get rid if it (without surgery). I found this program and it is really smoothing that out. I just started the Dry Brushing technique (about 3 days ago) and I’ve already started to notice tightening and smoothing. I don’t do my entire body as Carol recommends, I just do my under arms and inner thighs, and so far, I’m thrilled with my results.
