Olay Regenerist or other creams?
I’ve read many glowing reviews about Olay Regenerist 3 point cream and am seriously considering buying it. However it seems to focus mainly on reducing wrinkles. I am 26 years old and don’t have many wrinkles yet. I am looking for a good anti-ageing day cream which will prevent wrinkles from forming and keep my skin firm. Is Olay Regenerist still the way to go? Or can someone recommend another good day cream from the Olay range?

Regenerist = regenerate If you don’t have any problems currently, don’t use this product. I prefer the Complete line from Olay.
The best thing you can do you for your skin at this point is to take really good care of yourself!
Stop drinking alcohol, smoking, and eating tons of dairy and wheat (all known to speed up the aging process).
Make sure you have a healthy diet, get plenty of water to drink, and wear a moisturizer with sunscreen. My routine is as follows:
I cleanse my face twice daily and wear a sunscreen moisturizer.
At night I wear Olay Complete Night Cream.
Weekly mud mask, fruit peel, or intensive exfoliation.
