I have a lot of weight to lose. Is there anyway I can prevent the sagging skin that so many overweight people?
get when they lose a large amount of weight? I see a lot of people that lose 100+ lbs and end up with lose, saggy skin that they have to have surgically removed. I want to try to avoid that.
I am already dieting and exercising. But are there certain exercises I should do, or a certain amount to prevent the saggy, ugly skin?

I have a friend who lost 100+ pounds and her doctor had told her the way to prevent the loose skin is to lose the weight slowly and exercise. You probably aren’t going to prevent it in the lower belly area though…..that’s the only place she has sagging skin….and it still doesn’t look THAT bad.

Body Butter is supposed to be good for saggy skin and stretch marks you can buy it at The Body Shop. Lose the weight slowly as you should and work out during the process. Collagen products are supposed to help with the skins elasticity.
Surgery is the only way to get rid of that kind of skin.
(good luck I hope you are successful at the weightloss)
extrisize i heard that tightens up your skin
I think a lot of hardwork shall be done to avoid that saggy skin left behind after you lose a lot of weight. Maybe the solution is to do alot of workout all over your body. Do some workouts that is designed to firm the skin or your target part.
