How do i lose sagging (extra) skin?
I recently lost a lot of weight but i have sagging skin. What exercises help get rid of that? I want to be slim NOT MUSCULAR. I’m 14 years old.

Since you’re so young that skin will spring right back in time – just keep eating healthy, drinking plenty of water and exercising. If you’re a girl you don’t have to worry about bulking up from exercise – it’s testosterone that causes that in men. So exercise away and tone your body up and that will help.
Losing weight more slowly can prevent sagging skin like this. Adults who end up with sagging skin often have to have surgery to remove it. But as I say, you’re still growing and I’m certain it will go away in time.
if you have a ton a excess sagging skin, you might want to consider going under the knife. but you’re only 14 years old so you should wait until you’re older. Keep working out and eating healthy and you’ll see improvement
