can you firm a turkey neck and breast sagging skin without surgery?
I have lost 137lbs. With 42 more to go. My problem though the weight loss has been great for me I hate looking older with a turkey neck and sagging breast. I am too chicken at this point to have surgery even I could afford which I can not. Any suggestion? Thanks

Congratulations on your weight loss! That’s fantastic, good for you. Continued weight loss might take care of that "turkey neck" but breast tissue is not as resilient. A breast lift plus possible augmentation, I believe, is your only bet. You might want to consider consulting with a plastic surgeon. Quite a few of them offer free consultations.
surgery isnt bad iv had surgery countless times dont be scared
do push ups to help tone your breast muscles…as for your neck, maybe try a firming lotion? Though I’m not sure if they work.
Thermage is non-surgical

I am sure other people can tell you other options
to an extent i’m sure there are non-surgical procedures but with extreme weight lose eventually it is what it comes down to. for example elastic after time of being stretched to and extreme will stay stretched same goes for your skin so a firming lotion might help a little bit but not enough to do what you are looking for i haven’t heard much about laser procedures but i think it would be a good option to look into, hope this helps
