Anyone know if cooked blueberries are just as healthy?
I have frozen blueberries. Twice this week I have heard that blueberries are ‘so’ healthy, so I did some Research and omg! They are full of antioxidants, vitamins, helps with memory, has anti-aging properties, helps with memory, can help with urinary tract issues, eye care, motor skills, helps with memory…etc. ) lol
My issue is I love blueberries in muffins, cakes, etc but hate them raw. But the desserts sort of cancel out the healthyness! But I can make the muffins healthier with better ingredients. But will the cooked blueberries be just as good? I can’t find any article that touches on this. Thanx!

IT won’t be as healthy if you make blue berry muffins, because of all the other junk.
However! If you love smoothies, you can make a GREAT YUMMY
strawberry, blue berry, banana smoothie!
Just get a cup of ice, a half cup of juice, some plain yogurt, and mix it, and vooala you have a healthy drink
