Afraid to lose weight, sagging skin?
I am 5’3", I weighed 125lbs untill i became pregnant when i was 18, my max weight was 270lbs. I am now 25 and weight 210lbs.
I want to buy a gym membership and work out but im afraid ill have alot of sagging skin from my streach marks and be less attractive then i am now.
Is it possible to lsoe weight and not having the baggy sagging skin? I would like to wear a bikini one day again.

i’ve read that if you drink lots of water when you’re losing weight, it will keep your skin from growing saggy. i believe the water keeps the fat cells plump (in a good way). I found this out from the metabolic research center. water can also help boost your metabolism, keep you from being irritable, help keep you from getting water weight, etc. its actually pretty cool. you should look into it.

Let alot of your exercise routine be in lifting wieghts or strength training. That will decrease the sag in your skin.
